Do not use their insurance vault system. I attempted to transfer BTC from my vault to my wallet for selling opportunities. I verified with both of these email addresses. The transaction is still pending. That was two months ago. If that's not bad enough, Helioj Exchange support has been unresponsive for the past 4 weeks.
