Moreover, you won't know when you can withdraw them. There's only mechanical customer service, with no one asking what happened and why your money is locked up！The responses from automated replies are very vague and won't tell you anything about what's happening. I've never encountered this issue when using Kraken or Binance.

I have also been keeping an eye on the market, and whenever there is a market downturn, their website/application conveniently experiences interruptions (so you can't sell when the market is down). Customer service is non-existent, and even tweeting at their CEO yields no response whatsoever! They may have a flashy application, but if you want to ensure the safety of your investments, I would use another exchange!

It works well in most cases, with very fast speeds and low commissions. Unfortunately, their authentication system is a torment for customers; I've had to go through it four times already.
