Dear Respected Users,         According to The Detailed Rules and Regulations Regarding The Relocation of Projects Into Different Sub-Areas on Hotbit , Hotbit will transfer ECOIN(Ecoin), PAYT ( Payaccept ), FUTURAMA(FUTURAMA), 0xcash ( P2PCASH ) and PASS(Passport Finance) from Global Zone to Growing Zone on February 5th, 2021.         The specific transfer arrangements are as follows:         1. 2021.02.05  07:00 AM UTC closed ECOIN/BTC, PAYT/BTC, PAYT/ETH, 0XCASH/BTC and 0XCASH/ETH trading pairs;        2. 2021.02.05  08:00 AM UTC delists ECOIN/BTC, PAYT/BTC, PAYT/ETH, 0XCASH/BTC and 0XCASH/ETH trading pairs;         3. 2021.02.05  08:00 AM UTC finishes the transfer of ECOIN(Ecoin), PAYT ( Payaccept ), FUTURAMA(FUTURAMA), 0xcash ( P2PCASH ) and PASS(Passport Finance) from Global Zone to Growing zone.         Note: Users who put ECOIN/BTC, PAYT/BTC, PAYT/ETH, 0XCASH/BTC and 0XCASH/ETH trading pairs are supposed to cancel the orders before 08:00 AM UTC, February 5th, 2021. The system will cancel the ECOIN/BTC, PAYT/BTC, PAYT/ETH, 0XCASH/BTC and 0XCASH/ETH orders that havent been filled automatically after the 08:00 AM UTC, February 5th, 2021. After the transfer, the trading fee is as following:  Note: The ECOIN/USDT, PAYT/USDT, FUTURAMA/USDT and 0xcash/USDT trading pairs will not be affected during transfer the ECOIN(Ecoin), PAYT ( Payaccept ), FUTURAMA(FUTURAMA), 0xcash ( P2PCASH ) and PASS(Passport Finance) from Global Zone to Growing Zone period, and users can trade normally.         Sorry for the inconvenience caused during the transfer period!
