EZ Blockchain launches low-emission custody hosting service

The hosting business will currently serve cryptocurrency mining investors in four states: Kansas, Texas, Colorado, and South Carolina.

This immersion-cooled mobile data center, according to the mining company, will provide high efficiency, lower operating costs, longer equipment life, and more precise cooling capabilities.

EZ Blockchain, a cryptocurrency mining startup, intends to grow its mining rigs to 16 megawatts by utilizing Georgia State's underutilized power resources.

To meet environmental goals, more than 60% of the electricity used at the EZ Blockchain Data Center Campus in West Point, Georgia, comes from emission-free sources, mostly nuclear power.

In April, EZ Blockchain built an Immersive Liquid-Cooled Data Center while also launching the SmartBox 1500i, a new product for cooling crypto mining containers.
